Life is busy, and asking for a helping hand can be hard to do, but it's important. SLP providers are aware that often times staying in your home means needing a hand with light cleaning around the house. Light housekeeping is meant to be limited to areas utilized by the client like taking out the trash, making the bed or changing the sheets, wiping down countertops and hard surfaces and doing light laundry so the client has clean and accessible clothing and towels. SLP offers the following services to those we serve:
Clearing away dishes after meals
Drawing baths and setting out towels
Cleaning the sink, bath tub and toilet after use
Tending to house plants
Dusting off surfaces
Changing bed linens
Hang towels and washcloths to dry or placing them in the laundry
Other duties as needed or required by clients
